Customer agrees to pay a Quarterly amount of $63.84 for Basic Trash/Recycling service (1- 96 gal Trash cart pick up 1x per week, 1 65 gal Recycling cart pick up every other week) (1 Extra Trash cart is an additional $30.54 per quarter). Invoice will be sent for the following quarter once carts are delivered. OR indicate service start date below (Prorated fees apply)

Invoices not paid within 30 days are past due. If Payment not received by the 60th day services will be discontinued. Trash or Recycling Carts lost, stolen, damaged; A $50.00 Replacement fee will apply for each.
