As a resident of Golden Hills, you have two options available for the disposal of solid waste from your property: self-hauling and J. Torres Company.
If you choose not to take advantage of the convenience J. Torres Company offers and plan to continue self-hauling your solid waste, you will still be required to abide by the new recycling mandates and are subject to the punishments for non-compliance listed in Ordinance No. 32.
