COVID 19 UPDATE

For the safety of the community and staff, the Golden Hills Community Services District Office will remain temporarily closed to public traffic through September 21, 2020, consistent with the on-going general business closures throughout Kern County.
Staff remain available during normal business hours, Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 5:30pm via telephone at 661-822-3064. On-call staff can also be reached during off-hours in an emergency by calling the office.
Payments may be made on-line by visiting ghcsd.com and may also be dropped in the drive through drop box at the office on Reeves Street. Please telephone the office with questions.
PLEASE NOTE: Effective August 20, 2020, late fees will no longer be waived. Water bills that are generated in September will once again include a late fee for those balances that are 30-days late. Please refer to your bill for late charge details.
In conjunction with the office closure, the $1.50 credit card fee will continue to be waived as long as the office remains closed to public traffic. The separate bank charge associated with electronic payments cannot be waived.
